"I want to thank you for the after hours service Friday night. I live in Hazel Green. Our
A/C went out about 5:00pm and we called and Cara was still in the office. She called one of
the techs, Ralph who was on his way home. Knowing the health problems I face Ralph came by
our house and found the problem. Major control center was out. He called Jerald who was on
call Friday night and set up the work. Jerald had to go the Home Depot, pick up the parts
then make it to Hazel Green. He did that in record time and fixed the problem. Now, why this
was so important to us. I have heart problems, Diabetic and suffer from COPD. I cannot be
with out A/C because I can't breathe well. Your wonderful staff came to my rescue in record
time. I had to leave until they got it fixed. But in three hours from the time we called,
you had our home back to normal. I was able to sleep in my own home that night. Thank you."
