On a hot day in early September, the upstairs air conditioning unit in my house died in a fairly spectacular
manner. We called a two HVAC companies that we had dealt with on-and-off over the years for estimates on
repair or replacement of the unit. At that time, we had not done business with Conditioned Air Solutions,
but included them in our search for quotes to get a third price.
The difference between Conditioned Air Solutions and the other firms we contacted was striking. CAS was more
professional at every step in the process. Their field personnel came out and did the most comprehensive
evaluation of any of the firms we contacted. They were neat, professional, and courteous. Once they had the
data, they promptly provided us (in writing) with an array of options and a thorough explanation of the
advantages, disadvantages, and costs involved with each one. When we selected the option that we wanted,
their technicians quickly came out and installed it with a minimum of disruption.
To sum up - Conditioned Air Solutions was professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with and still
competitive in their pricing. We will use them again and I can recommend them without reservation.

We just wanted to take a moment to tell you about the Taylor brothers who installed our new HVAC System for us.
Coming from Southern California it is a rare pleasure to have someone come into our home and not have to
worry about them or their performance. The Taylors came to work every day of the job looking like
professionals. They were polite, efficient, were conscientious about their work, and thoroughly cleaned
up when they were done!
We would not hesitate to recommend them, or your company to anyone. What more can we say except thanks!

My husband's brother has been helping him with the renovation of the upstairs room. When we asked him if
he would come and let the guys in for the air conditioning work, he agreed. I told him they would be
installing a bigger unit. When I said that, he just grinned and looked at me. Now, he has been around
heating and air guys for the past 25+ years since he retired. He has been in charge of renovations for
several commercial buildings and has had to deal with air guys on a regular basis. He told me that if they
were going to do the job right, they would have to replace the handler up in the attic as well. I told him
I had no clue what they were going to do. He said, "well, we'll just wait and see."
That afternoon I called him to see how the project was going, and to ask if they replaced the handler. To
his amazement, they did. He said, "Ellen, I can't believe they did it. They absolutely did right by you."
He knew you could have exchanged the outside unit and never touched the inside and my husband and I wouldn't
have known the difference. You made an impression on him (and me). Thank you for doing the complete job,
and for doing it right.

"I have been plagued with severe asthma and allergies for the past twenty years. I have tried numerous portable air cleaners
and filter products to help relieve the complications from having chronic asthma. I recently got married, and my husband had
two cats, a dog, and a hamster.
Immediately after moving into our home, I realized just how terrible my allergies and asthma were. The first night I spent in
our home with the animals I literally coughed and sneezed all night long.
The next day while I was at work my husband had Conditioned Air Solutions install a Carrier Infinity Air Purifier. He explained
to me how it not only filters and traps dust, mold and bacteria, but it actually kills those organisms so they don't reenter
the air. I was completely skeptical. I thought there is no way this thing will help -- nothing else ever has.
I was completely wrong; I noticed a huge difference within the first 24 hours of having it installed. Now, four months later, I
have realized that this is the greatest product ever made for allergy and asthma suffers. I am happy to say that my husband was
right and the Carrier Infinity Air Purifier has not only helped save our animals from the pound, but it has helped me breath a
lot easier through the allergy season as well."

"Just want say a few good words about your staff.
Starting with the lady who answers incoming calls for services. Her telephone manners are very pleasant and she communicates
well. She is responsive, and seems to always effectively get the messages to the appropriate party within your company to
handle the issues at hand. To me, these are extremely important because the reason why I would call is usually when I am having
problems and am on the verge of loosing my cool, literally and figuratively speaking.
The last two services were made by Jeff. He is knowledgeable, responsive and courteous.
My company once included a small group of some thirty field service technicians maintaining computer systems for NASA Marshall
Spaceflight Center, and many test systems for Army Missile Command. Since I personally interviewed and hired the majority of
our staff, including technicians, I feel I am somewhat qualified in judging how well an applicant would work out as a
representative of my company who I send out to work closely with our customers. Jeff is definitely someone I would hire.

"I want to thank you for the after hours service Friday night. I live in Hazel Green. Our A/C went out about 5:00pm and we
called and Cara was still in the office. She called one of the techs, Ralph who was on his way home. Knowing the health
problems I face Ralph came by our house and found the problem. Major control center was out. He called Jerald who was on call
Friday night and set up the work. Jerald had to go the Home Depot, pick up the parts then make it to Hazel Green. He did that
in record time and fixed the problem. Now, why this was so important to us. I have heart problems, Diabetic and suffer from
COPD. I cannot be with out A/C because I can't breathe well. Your wonderful staff came to my rescue in record time. I had to
leave until they got it fixed. But in three hours from the time we called, you had our home back to normal. I was able to sleep
in my own home that night. Thank you."

"I really appreciate the attention to detail that the people at Conditioned Air have. I really like it when they show up at my
house when they said they would. I work in Huntsville and live in Harvest. So I have to leave work, drive out to Harvest and
meet the workers at my home. Recently I've needed some non-HVAC work done to the house and yard. I became frustrated when
people showed up later than they said they would, not even show up, or call me once I got all the way home to see if they could
