conditioning system. And we’ve made it very easy for you to do that.

    Bathrooms

    • Check toilets for leaks and proper operation
    • Inspect faucets for proper operation
    • Inspect tub/shower drains and faucets

    Kitchen

    • Check faucet and sprayer
    • Inspect sink drains, traps and pipes
    • Check garbage disposal for optimal operation
    • Inspect dishwasher operations
    • Check water filters
    • Inspect ice maker lines Utility
    • Check hoses and venting on washing machine & dryer
    • Check water heater
    • Check condition of heating element (electric) or proper gas venting.
    • Inspect thermostat and pressure relief valve operation.
    • Inspect outdoor hose faucets.

     

      Fall Heating Service

      • Check electric heat
      • Initiate defrost mode
      • Check gas pressure (gas units)
      • Inspect heat exchangers (very important for safety)
      • Clean blower wheels (this takes considerable time and the unit has to be disassembled)
      • Change air filter(s) you provide*
      • Check thermostat and controls
      • Inspect duct system for leaks and damage

       

        Spring Cooling Service

        • Measure refrigerant charge
        • Wash condensing coil (usually a chemical wash and takes considerable time)
        • Clean drain pan & drain line (crucial to the efficiency of your unit in the summer)
        • Check evaporator coil
        • Tighten electrical connections
        • Change air filter(s) you provide*
        • Check thermostat and controls
        • Inspect duct system for leaks and damage

        *Note: We strongly recommend you change the air filter at least six times a year. You really should keep a supply of filters for your system on hand. Most filters can be purchased at Lowe’s or Home Depot.
