Climaveneta began operations in 1971 in Bassano del Grappa, Vicenza, Italy.  Climaveneta produced heating and cooling systems and then added a production line of “free cooling liquid chillers” for computer processing and server rooms.  In the years that followed, Climaveneta began adding distribution partners in France and Germany and entered into a joint venture with a Chinese company.

In 2007, Climaveneta introduced a new line, Prana, of residential heat pumps.  They continued to add distribution partners in Spain and Poland and eventually the UK.  Production lines were started in the Middle East and Russia to produce a new line of HPAC and chiller units.

Climaveneta was acquired by Mitsubishi in March 2016, being integrated into the MELCO (Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics and IT Cooling Systems).  Because of their identity as a leading brand in climate control systems and cooling, MELCO chose to use Climaveneta as their specialized brand for hydronic comfort platform.

As a result, Climaveneta offers a complete array of comfort solutions that offer energy efficiency and environmental protection that contribute to the health of those who work and live in the buildings. Mitsubishi brings its strength of being a large multinational corporation with vast experience and extensive R&D networks.
