DeLclima was an Italian company that produced HVAC and HPAC systems through the companies Climaveneta and RC Group.  DeLclima also produced radiatiors via DL Radiators.  DeLclima was headquartered in Treviso, Italy after a demerger from De’Longhi, also based in Italy. DeLclima manufactured chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, control systems, rooftop units and other packaged units.

DeLclima was acquired by Mitsubishi Electric in 2015 and renamed MELCO Hydronics and IT Cooling.  The 100% purchase also included Climaveneta and RC Group.  This purchase moves MELCO into the European chiller market and is in response to environmental regulations within the European economy.
