The Iron Fireman Manufacturing Company was founded by Thomas Banfield and Cyrus Parker after they acquired an iron works company in Portland, OR in 1923.  They manufactured an automatic stoker machine for coal furnaces and boilers and named it “The Iron Fireman”.  A tin man shoveling coal was the logo patented by the company in 1925.

Iron Fireman ceased all burner production in 2011 and sold off the business to OEM Boiler Parts Inc., of Elizabethtown, PA.  Iron Fireman products are no longer in production.
