4/2022- Melissa S.-Have used Conditioned Air Solutions for the last few years. Bob Reedy and son, Chase Reedy, have been the two techs to perform recent HVAC maintenance. Super nice guys, respectful, polite, decent, answered all my questions, wore shoe covers upon entering my home. Neat to see a father and son with the same great work ethic! Very grateful for their help! Bob performed Oct 2021 maintenance. Chase just completed April maintenance. They both represent the company really well. No suggestions for improvement! None needed.

02/23/2022- Steve Leon- We are so glad that we chose Conditioned Air Solutions. They have helped us every step of the way in making our new house a home. Our technician, Greg Duplechain, went above and beyond to get us up and running. Wonderful, friendly people giving excellent customer service.

2/2022- Beth M- Brian came to our house and was very professional and respectful. Answered all our questions and explained the process thoroughly. They were able to get us in very quickly and fixed our problem immediately. Appreciated the call and text messages before arriving at the house. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

1/2022- Charlie C- JW Meeks quickly identified and fixed problems with my heat pump cycling due to poor air flow. Absolute professional.

1/2022- Stephanie N- I am THOROUGHLY impressed with this company through Brian. Not only was his demeanor pleasant, he was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He never once made me feel silly for asking questions, as I am not at all educated in the HVAC industry, and truly answered them with kindness.

We will be needing some work done, and I am absolutely confident that Conditioned Air Solutions will provide the best service and products moving forward.

I will also mention here that we woke up this morning, where the temps were 20 degrees, and our heating system completely shut down. I called in the morning, and Brian was here just a few hours later. He fixed our issue! My family and I are so grateful.

12/20/2021 – Susan B – When we recently purchased our home, we knew the ductwork was a mess and wanted to have someone come out to look at it, replace the very old units and redo the ductwork. We spoke with a couple of companies to get quotes and were very impressed with how knowledgeable Jordan Leo is and how he has taken the time to listen to everything we were wanting. After deciding to go forward with Conditioned Air for our HVAC, we were happy to discover they could also install tankless hot water systems for us. All of the crews who came out to work on these systems were professional, courteous and friendly. Jordan, Collin, Nick, Greg, Will, Hunter and everyone else whose name I didn’t happen to get, thank you!I wanted to add that when we moved in to our house at the beginning of November, we noticed our 3 year old kept waking up congested. Since having the old system removed and the new one installed, he has been able to breathe so much clearer. Thank you for helping him and the rest of us breathe better!

12/2021- Jenni B- Brian came out to check on our HVAC maintenance. I told him a couple of problems we were having and he knew immediately where to start looking. He is very professional and explained all the options for fixing it.Brian and Ryan started the repairs and cleaning today and did a phenomenal job. They showed the after pictures and I was amazed. I thought it would be an all day job, but they were done sooner than I expected. We are very pleased with their hard work and looking forward to better air quality.

11/2021- Elaine S- We use Conditioned Air Solutions, Huntsville, AL. Our unit was serviced today by Jessica. Jessica was very thorough and addressed issues that we had no idea that were even there. She pointed out the issues and resolved the problem. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Jessica and Conditioned Air Solutions in Huntsville, AL.

11/2021- Sarah C – My husband and I recently used Conditioned Air Solutions to replace our A/C unit, and we were very pleased with this company from start to finish. Greg D. was our project manager and provided a very thorough quote along with several different options. Greg M. and Devin were our installers and were very courteous and hard working. We would highly recommend this company!

8/13/21 – Larry V. – The AC started making loud noise in the attic and I sent an email to CAS. They called me even before they opened and scheduled a tech to come to my house that morning. Brian quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me his recommendation along with a price. Once I gave him the ok, he got the parts and completed the repair. I used to use Deans before they got out of the AC business and they recommended CAS. Like Deans, Condition Air Solutions is an honest company that fixes what is needed, gives great advice, and doesn’t run up the bill with what you don’t need. They significantly exceeded all my expectations. If you call them you will not be disappointed.

8/10/21 – Lawrence B.- Listen jesse and i think his name was daniel are kind and courtous peoplle but more than that they are very professional. I would reccomend them and i will be using them again if the need arises.

8/2/21 – James T. – On a Sunday night we walked into our house at 6 PM finding no air with 90° weather outside it was 82 inside The house. Called condition air solutions at 6:15 PM on a Sunday! Expecting a Monday service call but to my amazement she said they would have a technician at my residence in one and half hour, and as promised Brian the technician for conditioned air solutions arrived on time. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable diagnosed it , fixed it and was gone in 30 minutes. A huge thank you to conditioned air solutions especially Brian , for coming out here and fixing our problem so fast! And no motel for us tonight and my work is glad I didn’t have to take a day off Monday!! James Tucker

7/29/21 – Brian – Absolutely a professional organization that looks for the most efficient HVAC systems for your home. I was very impressed with Mark’s expert knowledge to improve the air quality in my new home built this year. Please keep in mind when a builder builds “to code”, that really means the minimum standard allowed. If you want more than minimum, go with Conditioned Air Solutions. Ask for Mark when you have a initial appointment.

7/29/21 – Jade A. – Lee was awesome to work with. Showed up same day that I called and was able to help get our unit running again in the 90+ degree heat. He was professional and helpful the entire time. Highly recommend

7/29/21 – Alyssa R. – wonderful experience. Lee Hatchett came in and assessed the issue, and was working on the problem as soon as he knew what was wrong. the air was fixed and he was doing his final checks no longer than 30 minutes later. and it was cooler inside instantly. will continue using conditioned air solutions, and Lee, for the rest of our time living in alabama.

7/14/21 – Felica S. – Unfortunately, Saturday night, 8:00 pm, my AC went out. From the precious lady on your answering service, she sounds like Aunt Bee from Andy Griffith show, to Loren your on-call person and service tech, J.W. Meeks I had the best of experiences with my sickly HVAC unit. JW was back out here yesterday morning, and again, such a wonderful guy!!!!! They will be back today to continue the fix. I love my CAS people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7/11/21 – Teresa N. – Our unit suddenly stopped working on a Saturday. We called and within 15 minutes a technician called back to say he was on the way. He quickly determined the problem and got our unit working again.

6/22/21 – Essential Property Management – Brian was our tech on several jobs. He went above and beyond on every single job. Extremely communicative, on time and great pricing. We manage over 40 properties and because of Brian we will use Conditioned Air Solutions for all our HVAC needs!

6/18/21 – Cody R. – Our AC went out last night and I called about midway through today when I realized it wasn’t something I could fix. Lee came out at 6 o’clock on a Friday, diagnosed the problem in minutes, explained the issue, gave me 2 options with prices and thorough explanations, and had our air back on and blowing cold air within the hour. He also informed me of some other potential problems he observed while working that I plan to take up with the original installation company. Lee was extremely friendly and professional and I was very pleased with his service, especially given the short notice and after-hours nature of our call. Highly recommended.

6/18/21 – Haylee – Our company was in need of Andy McNeese and Conditioned Air. After several companies failed to resolve our issues we made the decision to contact Conditioned Air. They sent us Andy, who took on our big project and got our three units back up and running. He took his time to evaluate every unit and informed us on everything he was doing throughout the entire process. We now have happy employees once again and high quality running units. Thank you Conditioned Air and Andy from the entire McAllister Team! We look forward to doing more business with you.

6/18/21 – Kendal W. – Todd Murry was very pleasant speaking with and knowledgeable of the product we were having installed. He coordinated with us throughout the entire process. 6/18/21 – Vortex – Our upstairs HVAC unit stopped producing AC the other day. It was in the evening time when we discovered this and got an appointment for the next day. Lee Hatchett came out and explained what he was going to do and what needed to be done. He had us back up and running in no time. Lee was very professional and polite. Keep up the great work, Jessica Townsend.

6/18/21 – Sara L. – I am so grateful for these guys. My AC stopped working and the temperature in my house quickly jumped to 80 degrees… way too hot for me. I called Conditioned Air and Devin (customer service) was super helpful and got me set up right away for an appointment. Tech Bob arrived at my house this afternoon, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. My house is cooling off now, thank goodness. THANK YOU SO MUCH DEVIN AND BOB! You’re my heroes.

6/16/21 – Johnny D. – My wife and I noticed water dripping from our ceiling in the afternoon and called around town to get help. Brian at Conditioned Air Services made sure to come even though it was after hours and he diagnosed the issue and had everything cleaned and fixed that evening. No AC in the summer is not a good feeling and having the professional and quick service from Brian let us sleep soundly that night!

6/14/21 – Steve L. – Lee came to our house ona timely basis. He spent 2 1/2 hours reviewing our entire system. Very professional. Trusted the information he gave us and the pictures he took throughout our HVAC system. Greatly appreciated his presentation . He then called Jacob to set up an appointment for the same day. Glad we contacted them for our AC replacement.

6/14/21 – Richard H. – Good service, good people! I bought a new A/C system several years ago, and the only problem it has ever had was a wiring issue that was fixed the day after it was installed. It’s working very well, and we will have it paid off soon. Also, we have their every 6 months check up service, which is worth every penny we pay for it. The check up service keeps the system going well month after month. I highly recommend Conditioned Air Solutions for all of your A/C needs!

6/14/21 – Pat J. – I just met one of the service technicians ( Jessica ) .First of all she’s the most beautiful tradesman I’ve ever seen. I asked what her company does and she gave me really great information and told me how important maintaining a system is for preventative maintenance. As someone looking into buying my first home it’s great know that there are companies who actually educate. And although I don’t currently have any business with them I know who I will be coming to when I am ready and I’ll be requesting her.

6/13/21 – Adam H. – I first had Conditioned Air Solutions come out to explain the issues with my aging and failing AC unit. The process included showing photos to help me understand the problem. While it’s never a pleasant surprise, when my unit did fail, they presented me with quality options for both equipment and payment. Installation took the better part of a day, but they were prompt and communicative throughout the process. Now, a year later, I am renewing my service contract with them to keep my unit in great condition. The service technicians are friendly, communicative, and most importantly punctual! After having my unit checked out by James today, I was happy to renew for another year!

6/12/21 – John L. – Been sold on this company for years. I trust them in my home and am happy with the services they provide. Their employees are always professional and willing to answer my questions. My most recent maintenance was performed by Lee, and he was no exception to what I have come to expect. He worked efficiently and effectively and laid out a maintenance plan of what I need to have done. Most importantly, I don’t feel like I’m getting taken advantage of as they document (with photos) all problem areas. There is no hard sell. Just helpful recommendations that I’ve found are always on target.

6/9/21 – Larry M. – I am completely sold on this company. They are very honest (which I’ve found to be rare) are far more thorough at checking everything out than past companies I’ve used. I recommend their twice yearly maintenance plan as it can save you some extremely expensive headaches later on by identifying problems early. James Clements was the technician that came out and he was extremely professional, thorough, and explained everything to be better than I’ve had anyone do that with AC units. Can’t recommend enough.

6/7/21 – Sean – James Clements recently came to do our yearly HVAC inspection. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have used many local HVAC companies, and Conditioned Air Solutions is hands down the best. Everyone from receptionist, to the technicians are extremely friendly. I was out of town with work and he took time to not only explain the service to my wife, but also give me a call to let me know the status of my system. Their service is excellent and the price is competitive. I can’t recommend James and Conditioned Air Solutions enough.

5/27/21 – Jennifer P. – My AC went out right before the temps hit 90 degrees for the first time all year. Brian came out and stayed until he got it back up and running. He found an leak in my coil. Brian actually managed to get the part replaced for me under warranty so all I had to pay was labor. He was professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone that need HVAC work done. I will definitely use them again if I need any more work done.

5/24/21 Erin H – We are so happy we found Conditioned Air Solutions! They have outstanding customer service. They provided us outstanding service and solved our problem of a hot upstairs in our home built in 1965 that only had one unit downstairs. Russ also provided us with a number of solutions we could choose from based on cost. No other company worked as hard as they did to find out what would work best for us. We went with the Daikin ductless air system that has 2 heads. We were happy after the install with the quality, performance, and look of it ok the inside and exterior. We can now control whether we want it to be cool or run heat upstairs by the remote controls that the Daikin ductless comes with. I am happy and now I rest easy at night thanks to Conditioned Air Solutions! We even called a tech, Lee, over to look at the 10 yr old AC and they cleaned it for a great price. We are saving $200 a month on our utility bill now that we did the cleaning to the existing unit and installed the ductless upstairs. Did I mention the outstanding payment plan that makes everything affordable with a super low interest rate?! So cool in every way. Conditioned Air Solutions is like family. Love them so much!

5/20/21 – Joanna R. – I was scheduled for my summer maintenance today. A few days prior they gave me a time window in which the service was to be performed. The technician, JW, contacted me 20 minutes before arrival so I did not have to worry about sitting around all day waiting. JW was friendly and courteous. He conducted the service and when he was done he asked if I had any questions/concerns. He even reset my thermostat for me. No fuss, no muss. I have been very happy with the service I have received and will continue to use them. I contacted conditioned air solutions last year for a A/C problem. They came out and fixed the problem immediately and fixed the issue. I decided to sign up for their annual maintenance plan and have not been disappointed. Everyone I have dealt with this this company has been friendly and accommodating. They have a customer for life.

5/15/21 – Mark F. – I have lived in my current home since 1997 and had 3-4 companies come out to do various work on my Heating/Cooling. Conditioned Air Solutions (CAS) is the only company I will use from here on out! Lee Hatchett came to my home earlier in the spring to diagnose an issue with my gas heating unit. I have never met a more professional, knowledgeable and communicative service man in my years here in Huntsville. He ran through the entire fault tree until he arrived at the circuit board as the issue….communicating everything to me along the way. He found a replacement board and came back and replaced it about 90 minutes later. What service!!! Lee went over my bill and outlined some areas that could be problems in the future…Not pushy….just informative…. I was so happy that I signed up for the annual service, scheduled my spring cleaning, and asked for Lee by name. For the cleaning, Lee showed up 10 minutes early, was very meticulous and again imparted his wisdom concerning my unit, its condition and things to look for due to its age….. I will use CAS for all my AC/Heating needs and continue to request Lee Hatchett by name!! Thanks CAS!!

5/14/21 – Just S. – When it rains, it pours…so they say. Conditioned Air came and replaced our 16 years old HVAC unit shortly after we moved into our new home here in Huntsville. I gave them a great review for great service on BBB. What are the odds that the 21 year old upstairs unit would need to be replaced as well?…evidently pretty good odds as our luck would have it. Once again, excellent service and excellent communication. One of the things I especially noted this time and just didn’t mention before is the layers of checking and rechecking. Jordan came out originally to do the initial consultation. Then Jason and Frankie were the two installers. I appreciate that they always gave me an update at the end of the day. Then Greg comes out afterwards to be sure everything was done correctly. (Always is) Finally, the inspector comes. It gives you a lot of confidence that nothing was missed. I also appreciate how well this team works together. The installer suggested a change that he carefully explained to me. Both I and my husband agreed to the change, but Jordan came out a second time to give his approval as well. Conditioned Air is very thorough and they have a excellent team and an excellent product.

5/11/21 – Lauren L. – I’ve used them for years and they never try to sell me anything I don’t need. They may suggest things for later but give me a wide time frame for any upgrade ideas.

5/6/21 – Wanda A. – Technician Lee Hatchet was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous! We purchased qty 2 Phenomenal Aire Plasma Generators for air purification. Lee installed a Phenomenal Aire unit at our home and our business. He took his time and thoroughly cleaned and serviced our HVAC units, captured before and after photos, etc. He did an amazing job. 4/27/21 – Carolyn V. – I am selling some rental property. I needed to have maintenance done on the HVAC unit to prepare it for inspection and I only had a short time to get it done. I called Conditioned Air Solutions on a Friday evening and they were able to schedule a service call for the following Monday. The technician, Lee Hatchett, was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He quickly assessed the unit and performed the necessary maintenance in a timely manner. I also want to commend him for following COVID 19 guidelines by wearing a mask and maintaining the prescribed social distancing protocol. Lee was the ultimate professional.

4/23/21 – Mark G. – Had a new HVAC system installed today. Shopped around and got a lot of quotes. CAS was by far the best value. Install went smoothly and stuck to their cost, even after finding a kink in my line that they didn’t anticipate. Much better experience than some other companies in the area!

3/4/21 – Rick M. -Lee Hatcher, Tech…..Just left here. He is another in a long line of Techs from Conditioned Air.. All of whom are a credit to their trade.We’re on their Annual Contract for Spring and Fall service…and what a great Value! Lee had to work a couple of hours to get all the leaves and dirt and debris that accumulated inside our exterior unit out! Then he had to clean up a mess made by mice that had gotten intro the crawl space and took up residence in our air handler… And had tried sneaking into the house…Our cats put an end to that! Lee saw to it that our HVAC was returned to a Sanitary condition, changed the filters, tested the Freon pressure etc…. Came and got me to show me a dripping drain pipe that had left a puddle in the crawl space.The man just worked, and worked and worked…And when he was done, left everything neat as a pin.Five Stars. And ‘my highest compliment: “Atta Boy!’

3/2/21 – Sandra W. – Lee Hatchett is the best!!! So nice and very informative on our new thermostat and he also did a bunch of other stuff in the attic. (A woman’s answer ). First of all my husband call and within a few hours Lee was at our home. Also can we just say how nice Nicole is on the phone!!! She gets the best customer service award guys!!!! 2/23/21 – T.L – Ended up replacing our old HVAC with a Daikin from CAS. Dalton was the technician that responded to our initial call for service. Greg D. evaluated our HVAC and ductwork needs, and Will and Jason were the installation technicians. Fantastic service across the board. I fully recommend using these guys; we are so glad that we went with CAS. We were given detailed and straightforward info and options from start to finish, and the warranty and service options on these units are amazing. The product itself is fantastic and the overall experience was very simple and enjoyable. I was impressed by the professionalism and work performed by each of the employees named above and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Brian Hendley came out and check the system and showed me exactly what the problem was which was a part needed to be replaced. I thought oh my it’s probably going to take sometime to get the part in but Brian said he could order the part and it get someone to bring it to him that day. So he called and the part was in and he was able to put it in the same day. I was very please with the service and the professionalism from Brian and the people at the office! Also, Brian followed up with me the next day to make sure the system was working well. Now this was outstanding to me because I’ve never had that to happen before. 1/1/21 – Ellen H. – I just wanted to say “Thank You” to Conditioned Air Solutions. Our daughter was infected by COVID from her workplace, and she came home SICK. My husband is retired and I work from home so we knew the possibility was one day this could happen. We were all together on Thanksgiving, the day she began showing symptoms. She isolated the best she could, and we did two things: ONE – I prayed throughout the days, and TWO – God gave us the wisdom to purchase a Phenomenal Aire™ in September. I know that once a person is infected, the air purifier cannot get rid of the virus in them, BUT, it did a fantastic job keeping the air in our home clean and safe! We have passed the 14 days quarantine, our daughter is on the road to recovery, and we are healthy! What a great product!!

12/31/20 – Nell R.- Conditioned Air Solutions came to the rescue and fixed my heat! I just moved to a new (to me) house and discovered that although the HVAC fans ran and it sounded like it was working, it didn’t produce any heat. After dealing with a home buyer’s warranty company for a week (through the 18* temps during Christmas) I called Conditioned Air for another opinion. Brian arrived and figured out what was wrong, corrected the mistakes the other company’s tech had made (wires crossed, flame detector broken and a new hole drilled in the heat exchanger), and persisted until he got it fixed! I couldn’t be a happier customer and highly recommend this company, especially Brian.

They didn’t try to oversell me or pressure me into a bunch of upgrades, and I know because I had estimates by several others. They sell with honesty and integrity and the installation team are the kind of people that will even pull the trash can in for you.

9/15/20 – I am very happy with this company. I called, they came out the next day, and kept me updated on when someone was going to arrive. They even emailed me a picture and name of who was coming out. Brian was very professional and answered my many questions. We had a back room that was not getting cool and he found that the blower was set to low so he put it on high and now the room is cooling. Another company didn’t even look at that. Also, he took pictures of some other issues, showed me the areas of concern and offered several options to correct the situation. He let me know the pricing for different options. I highly recommend this company. Their pricing for a maintenance agreement is reasonable also. They are willing to work with you with anything you need and around your schedule.

9/4/20 – David O – Our 2nd floor AC unit had malfunctioned at 3:00am. We called Conditioned Air Solutions and Jeremy came out to diagnose and fix the problem. Within a short time, he presented me with the problem and repair costs. The cost to repair this unit would be $3,800. He then said that if I decided to make the repairs, the next part that will go out will be the coil and that would be an additional $1,500. I advised him that we will buy a new Daikin. Russ came to our house the next day. He did an analysis and measurements. I was presented with five replacement AC options to choose from and he gave me a fair price on each. A couple years ago, I had to replace our downstairs unit and Russ did the presentation then. Because of my previous experience, I didn’t even bother to get two additional estimates. Will and Jason did the installation a week later. They arrived on time at 8:00am. Will explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. They were both polite and professional though out the course of the day. They finished the job at about 5:00pm. Will took the time to explain the features on the thermostat and go over the paperwork. The new unit is doing a great job in keeping the 2nd floor cool. Our experience with Conditioned Air Solutions and Daikin products have been terrific. Heather, Nicole and Victoria in the office and Jeremy, Russ, Jerime, Will and Jason in the field have been great to deal with. If anyone needs a new AC unit or service on an existing unit, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

9/4/20 – Becka L.- Been using them for years. Tonight Jacob came to help with an issue and showed me how to prevent the problem from arising again. 8/21/20 – Brian B – I highly recommend Conditioned Air Solutions(CAS). My experience started with Russ coming out and giving me a quote for a new system. Out of the 3 companies that gave me quotes, Russ was the only one to do the heat load calculation and answered all my questions on the spot. He really made it an easy choice to go with CAS. Then I spoke with Victoria. She was extremely nice and welcomed me to the CAS family. Honestly, she made me feel as if I really was talking to family, again, great experience. Then the pre-install survey guy(can’t remember his name) came out. Very nice guy who laid out what to expect for the install, the time to expect the installers and answered my last minute questions. Then the A-Team install crew of Greg and James came out to do the install. They arrived a few minutes early and again walked me through expectations and asked any questions they had about the job. They did a great job managing the 2 day install to make sure my family had to go without AC for the shortest time possible. They were extremely polite, professional and allowed me to watch and answered any questions I had. After the install, they did an exceptional job cleaning up, went over the paperwork and warranty information,, made sure I had all the owners manuals, ensured I knew how to operate the new thermostat and equipment. Honestly, I don’t think the experience could’ve gone better. My family thanks the whole CAS team!

8/1/20 – Carol W -I have had my air conditioner maintenance done twice a year for 10 years with another company. It wasn’t until Conditioned Air Solutions did my maintenance was the fact that my duct work was too small was discovered. For a reasonable amount of money, the duct work was replaced and the output from my air conditioner has improved at least 100%. Greg from Conditioned Air Solutions found the problem and it was fixed quickly. Recommended to my friends. Signed up for the maintenance plan. So grateful to have found this company.

Kyle and Todd worked up multiple quotes because my home warranty company was trying to get out of paying for any of my needed repairs. 1/24/20 – Cynthia S. – The team at Conditioned Air were so professional and prompt. My unit had stopped working and I called Russ Curtis who was a friend of a friend. Russ sent a technician to check out my system. The tech diagnosed the problem and the system needed to be replaced. The technician took photos so I could see where the problems were.

Russ came to my home on a Sunday afternoon because of my work schedule. He carefully explained the work that needed to be done and the cost involved. Russ also brought me a space heater from his own home so I could “ warm up” until the system was installed just days later.

The system was installed exactly when scheduled and the technicians, Greg and James were helpful, polite and respectful of my home. Every time they entered my house they wore plastic covers overs their boots so not to track in mud. Before leaving Greg and James made sure I understood how to operate the thermostat.

I want to thank Russ Curtis for helping me get the perfect system for my home at a cost I could afford! I also want to recognize the work team of Greg and James. They worked on a cold and rainy day to help me get warm!

Last but not least, the office scheduled a morning around 3 months after my system was installed to make sure the system worked efficiently. Alex Thorton came exactly when scheduled. He checked my system and showed me helpful hints with my thermostat.

We just had a new heat pump system put in by Conditioned Air Solutions and I must say that the whole process went smoothly and was done very professionally.

Everyone showed up on time and called shortly before they arrived. Russ was first and he checked out the system and worked up and presented 4 options and estimates. He explained each option and we made our choice. Shortly after he left Victoria called us and we scheduled a the date for the installation and a pre installation inspection. Jerime showed up on time and conducted the pre installation inspection a couple days before the installation to make sure there would be no surprises with what they needed.

On installation day the install team, Jason, Matt and Blake were right on time and went right to work. Of course it rained but Jason was prepared with a portable shelter to cover the outside area. Matt and Blake went to work removing the upstairs equipment and later loaded it in the truck to haul away. Tarps were put down to protect our carpets.

It was a long day but the unit was running and the mess was cleaned up and the whole area vacuumed. Except for the new equipment you would not know they had been here. Jason said they would be following up to make sure everything was right.

We were leaving for Thanksgiving and so I called and asked if they could check the unit the morning we left. Dalton was here at 8:15am and gave the unit a good check over. He topped off the refrigerant and slowed the fan speed down. He did a good job and we were on our way on time.

This whole experience has been a good one for us and I would highly recommend Conditioned Air Solutions for your heating and cooling needs. The new Daikin unit is doing a much better job than our 15 year old unit. Thanks for a job well done.

11/15/19 – Jon C. – Conditioned Air Solutions is a very professional, high-quality company who installed my replacement HVAC heat pump last November. Their systems have the best warranty around (parts AND labor), and the service and maintenance have been great! My last servicing with technician Adam Malone was especially good. Adam worked a later shift, accommodating me with my work schedule, and he was very thorough with diagnosing some important problems with my older HVAC unit, which he promptly was able to fix onsite. 11/13/19 – Jimmie N. – I imagine that I’m not the easiest to work with. I poke around and I ask a lot of questions. However Conditioned Air Solutions exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. I had technicians, Marshall and Adam, come to my house on separate occasions. Both were very professional, both were able to not only explain to me what was happening, but show me. I mention both names to say it wasn’t a fluke, I believe that this company hires quality workers. I felt like the price was very competitive to the market and communication was easy, both with the technician and dispatcher. I even got to speak with a consultant, Greg, who was also very helpful about weighing out the options for a potential replacement. Overall, I would rate this business a 5 out of 5. Definitely satisfied, and definitely would recommend this company to anyone with HVAC issues.

Greg was very professional and thorough. the report wasn’t good I needed a whole new system…well, it was 15 years old.The temp in the house was over 84 degrees…we were sweltering. Greg called Tony to bring out a portable cooling unit sorry i didn’t have your last name Tony but he’s another great guy from C.A.S. and I just want to thank you so much guys! Greg then sent out Russ Curtis a comfort consultant or salesman. Russ came up with four different replacement options explained them completley and offered his suggestion based on how i use the unit which is keeping my house cool as a meat locker. I got other estimates but with the warranty C.A.S. provides the $200 price difference was a mute point….and nobody else brought me a cooling unit or even offered one! I was impressed and I’m not impressed alot.I was in business in huntsville for over 50 years (El Palacio)and most companies were not very impressive.The day of install Jason Pence and Drew Mcneese arrived to go to work and work thay did….. 10 hours later with no messing around we were getting cool once again and man this Daikin blows as hard as a walk-in cooler…Yay Bolie!!! Thank you Jason and Drew you guys are great and very experienced. Everyone at C.A.S. was PROFESSIONAL,POLITE and VERY HELPFUL.Victoria has helped with making this all happen, she is so friendly and …I would say she’s even “bubbly”! From my first call to Victoria who listened to my concerns and what I was needing, I was working through insurance and had to call multiple times. she always answered with the most professional and welcoming attitude every single time, it felt like she was a best friend. she got me a professional over and he did a very thorough job working up my estimate and explaining what he was doing. Then install day came. These guys are amazing and super professional in what they do. Jerime, Cameron and Greg were super professional around my wife as she was the one that took off work for install day. I came home around lunch and Cameron gave me a quick walkthrough showing me what they had already completed and what they have left to do, while doing so he showed me what sets them apart from everyone else in how they install the systems. They also covered my stairs and took care of my home as if it was theirs. At the end they gave me a walk through on how to use my new thermostat and went over all warranty information with me. 6/19/19 – Phil K. – I have been using the services on Conditioned Air Solutions for the better part of 10 years and I am happy with the services they provide. The only other time I used someone else is when I purchased a home and it had an extended warranty with another company, but other than that I always call Conditioned Air Solutions. I needed a new unit and I called for an estimate. They recommended a Daikin unit. I had never heard of them so being concerned I looked at reviews and was shocked by the negative reviews and thought heck no. I looked at reviews for Trane, Lennox. Carrier, Heil. and York and found they all had bad reviews. That told me that people do not post positive reviews as often as negative and Daikin had the fewest.

To make a long story short it has been almost a year and everything is great, and if there are any problems in the next 12 years all repairs parts and labor are covered with no copay. l.

I have Conditioned Air Solutions do maintenance on it twice a year as recommended and they are always on time and display a good attitude when they show up.

1/11/19 – Harry S. – My wife and I changed to Conditioned Air Solutions several years ago when we had to have all of the duct work under our house replaced. From the get go, they were professional in every phase of the project.

About a year ago, we met one of their repair technicians, Jeremy Ewert. First of all, he is just a fine young man. Polite, great personality and just an all around nice young man. As far as his ability to diagnose and repair our dual fuel American Standard unit, he is the best. We have been in our house (we built it) for 23 years now. We have had many different people repair it but Jeremy will be the last we have. He has always done what he said he would do, regardless of the time of day, weekend or holiday. If more companies could find the Jeremy’s of the world, there service department would be top notch.

12/19/18 – Colin B. – I’ve worked with Conditioned Air Solutions for years keeping a dying unit on life support. When it was time to put the old boy down, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful selecting a new unit.

Recently, due to a rodent infestation, I needed to replace all the ductwork under my house. Greg Major and Cameron Sims provided excellent service. They worked tirelessly to ensure I was without heat for as little time as possible.

12/12/18 – Robert P. – ALL I WANTED WAS A NEW HEATER! But I got so much more!!

I am so pleased with my decision to go with Conditioned Air Solutions. I can’t say enough good things about them. Over a year ago our system went out and I got a quote from Conditioned Air as well as from several other HVAC companies. We decided to wait and not get a new system at the time. A few weeks ago I decided it was time to replace our dead system and contacted Conditioned Air again. I was surprised that everyone that I had talked with over a year ago were still there. I commented, “Wow, all 3 of the people that I talked with over a year ago are still there!? It must be a great place to work!” The lady on the phone (Victoria Ericson) answered, “Yep! This is a great company to work for!”

My wife and I wanted to go with a heat pump system instead of the original gas system quote. A guy named Greg Dubroca came out to discuss our options. His knowledge of the various systems was impressive. He answered all our questions about the pros and cons of various systems.

Once we decided on a system Victoria escorted us through the financing process. I had a question after 5pm one day and I emailed Victoria. I was surprised that she answered it after 5pm, it appeared that she answered my email from her cell. I was impressed with that.

Today was the big install day. Jason Pence, Eugene Sims, and a 3rd employee showed up at 8:30am (as promised) to do the install. The install took all day. They went WAY beyond my expectations. They did extra good things that I was not expecting: 1)they noticed that our dead unit was between 2 windows and wanted to know if we’d like to have the new system placed away from the windows. My wife answered, “We can do that?” “Absolutely.” they answered.

2)the previous system had a water drain that was connected to a water pump that was sitting on the floor. The Conditioned Air crew built a shelf for the water pump. I was not expecting that.

3)They installed an additional intake. The new intake was placed in the basement. I asked why they installed that and they said, “Did you notice that your basement had a musty smell to it?” I said, “Yeah, I thought all basements have that.” They said, “Nope. This intake will take care of that musty smell for you.”

The new system was up and running and we were trained on the new system late this afternoon. I apologized to the crew that they had to stay so late as they were about to leave and said, “Thanks for staying so late and doing a fantastic job!” Jason Pence replied back with a smile, “No problem at all. We at Conditioned Air just thank you for your business.”

We are so pleased that not only do we have heat but we can look out our window without seeing an HVAC unit and can look forward to no longer having a musty-smelling basement!

11/28/18 – Carol C. – When I called, they came out really quick. Jeremy and Drew were very knowledgeable and polite–telling me what the problem was and showing me photos of the parts that were “sick.” I was very impressed with them. Then today, Russ came out to talk to us about our options, the cost, and details about safety. I could go on and on about these men and this company!!! I have 100% confidence in this company and know that the job will be done right! I will never use any other company again!

9/18/18 – Charles O’Brien – Very pleased with this company. From the quote I got, which gave me different options. Jerome Booker who came out for my presite inspection and leaned my AC was totally out and arranged to have portable AC units brought in until my was put in.

Was happy with the installation job done by Cameron Sims and Stephen Justice. Both professional and very personable. Very neat job and cleaned up the job site.

9/1/18 – Tammy M. – Our HVAC unit went out ( of course ) in the middle of a heat wave and the folks at Conditioned Air Solutions saved the day. What a great team all the way aound. First Greg D. came out to the house and measured the house to figure out the size and load of the HVAC necessary for the comfort in our home. Greg explained very clearly what he was recommendating with the aid of some drawings he made using the measurements of the house and some drawings that showed what we had now and what he could do for us. It was all very clear and easy to understand.

Jeriome, the Install Supervisor, came to the house both before and during the job to make sure things were running smoothly. I also got to speak with Miss Victoria in the office several times to get the financing to the office. She, like Jeriome, was very nice and easy to work with. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that came out to our home and installed a couple of portable A/C units to help us out until the install. He did a great job as well.

Greg M. and Jason P. actually did the install and what a team! They showed up on time every day and worked hard to get everything done on time They are so nice and really did a great job. Everything from the first to the last was very professional.

I had a couple of other companies come out to bid the job and Conditioned Air Solutions beat the other two in presentation and price. Huntsville is lucky to have this team in their area.

7/26/18 – Carol S. – We needed a new unit installed in a second home that required integration with gas heat. Conditioned Air professionals recommended choices and told us what made them different so we could make a decision. Once we determined which unit, it was installed in a day and a half including the gas company inspection. The unit works beautifully and we are very happy with it. A few years ago Conditioned Air installed a unit at our primary home and replaced the ductwork. Our electric bills dropped considerably. This company has knowledgeable professionals who care about getting it right. I would not use anyone else!

Russ Curtis came out to give me my estimate and noticed quite a few issues with my current system that would improve the overall performance and feel in my household, then also made sure the unit and thermostats I got were the best fit.

Cameron Sims and his team were very professional, did an amazing install in a timely manner. Fixed numerous issues with my previous ducting and systems. My house has never felt this good and I have not a single issue whatsoever. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

He checked my system told me what wrong, got my permission to fix it and finished up in about 90 minutes. We discussed possibly replacing my system but he wasn’t pushy about it. 5/10/18 – Michael L. – This HVAC company is hands down the best in Huntsville! They give highly accurate prices, I mean dead on, to where there isn’t any surprises. I signed up for the maintenance plan that they have, where they come out and service my unit in the fall and summer, they take apart the unit and check and clean everything, I mean everything; voltage checks, freon check, leaks, fan blades, coils, fan motors, switches & etc.
My unit was struggling throughout the summer and winter months. Turns out it was rather dirty, now my unit is blowing out strong air in every room, the house is now the same temperature throughout. Chad even took pictures as he serviced it to show me what the issues were, he also pointed out what I was doing wrong. I am glad that I found this company. The lady that answers the phone is really nice and understanding, they are the only company that services my unit now I will not let anyone else touch this unit as they have done the best job hands down! If you choose them, I recommend the service plan, you will get discounts on parts and no ridiculous service call fees.

4/29/18 – David B. – Jason serviced our A/C units today. Jason was on time, very polite and did a thorough job. Jason took the time to point out and correct items that should have been performed in the past. This is why I highly recommend Jason and Conditioned Air Solutions for A/C service or repairs.

I called several service companies in the local area about getting a tankless water heater flushed. Most said they either didn’t want to attempt the flush or were “unsure” when a tech might be able to get to the job. I called Conditioned Air Solutions looking for a reference at which point I learned they provide the very service I was looking for. Jeremy arrived on time with all the necessary supplies to perform the flush. Jeremy took the time to explain to me the process and what to expect from the service. I had my doubts that this flush could correct the many problems the tankless water heater was having. Jeremy did a thorough job, including the flush, checking the exhaust ductwork and verifying unit performance. Since the service, the tankless water heater has once again been able to keep up with 2 showers and a washing machine all at the same time.

It was a huge job not only the installation but the preparation and logistic for it, as the comprehensive estimation needed and options available and done by Russ Curtis, the precise measures for the materials required and done by a team of three people Russ, Greg and another technician (sorry forgot his name), and the eventual installation done professionally by Mr. Greg Major and Stephen (sorry forgot his last name). The three days Greg and Stephen were working, they were punctual, respectful, and considerate, from the time they arrive to the time they left. If any problem not expected, they did not leave until resolved. I really appreciate all work involved in it, including the assistance of the ladies at the office, Ms. Victoria and another lady. My absolute recommendation for Conditioned Air Solutions Team!!

4/13/18 – Barb K. – Thank you all so much for your continued excellent service. I first used your company last August, which was an emergency call for a sick A/C. Your technician, Chad McCormack, was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. At that time I decided I would sign up for the annual service program, as I knew it was only a matter of time until I might have to replace the A/C system (it was original to the home built in 2003). This service program is great and I highly recommend it to all my friends.
This Spring service, Chad pointed out the possible future issues I might encounter with the A/C system, so I opted to replace the entire system, heating & cooling, at the same time. Russ Curtis came to my home and did a thorough check of the previous system, spent lots of time explaining and answering all my questions, and provided me with detailed options that included three estimates, depending on the system I chose. Russ was great and really helped me understand what the options were and differences between them. I made my choice and that afternoon was contacted by Victoria to schedule the install of the new system.
The day of the install, the technicians, Cameron Sims, Eugene Sims, and Tommy (sorry, I didn’t get his last name) showed up on time, were very courteous and professional. They did a great job, worked hard all day and finished the job that afternoon. Cameron showed me how to use my new Ecobee 4 thermostat, and they made sure all systems worked properly before they left. These guys were great, not only did they do a great job, but they cleaned up all the workspace before they left. (Not always the case when people work on your home).
Every experience I have had with this company is one of courtesy, competence and professionalism. I highly recommend you guys to all my friends! Thanks again to all for my new HVAC system!

I know from research and talking to my friends that the Daikin System is a top-of-the-line heating and cooling system that will provide years of dependable service. 1/30/17 – Brenda B. – I had mold around vents in two bedrooms. Five years ago, an experienced company installed a new heating and cooling system. Their representative said we needed to replace our duct work at a cost of several thousand dollars. He did not even remove the vent to make this determination. Two other companies came and said the duct work was fine. Greg Dubroca, from Conditioned Air Solutions was outstanding. He explored many situations that might have caused the mold. He even looked at the square footage to make sure the units were sized correctly. He explained how glazing with humidifiers could cause excess moisture. His ability to analyze was far greater than the gentlemen from the other companies. I had never met Greg before and have no affiliation with anyone from the company. I am grateful for his analytical problem solving. He stayed until he had answered all of his and my curiosity about the problem.

1/25/18 – Brenda C. – Chad McCormack did a terrific job fixing our HVAC today. He was quick (came earlier than expected), professional (knows his business), and honest (found our unit to still be under warranty by another company so it cost US nothing). I couldn’t ask for more. We signed up for a twice yearly maintenance program with them. I highly recommend this company.

Jeremy came out in the frigid cold last weekend and quickly diagnosed why my unit was not working and did a temporary fix so I could have heat again, then expertly worked the permanent fix later (can’t remember co-worker’s name), comfort specialist Russ checked everything out thoroughly and helpfully, gave me a good quote on additional major issues with unit and ductwork… then Collin (and co-worker whose name I missed) made the repairs with wonderfully meticulous eye and care to the details of need even spotting more concerns including a water leak which he repaired for me too! Awesome work and customer care! I am truly happy with this company and their amazing employees!

Chad came first, finding that we needed a new fan which had to be ordered. We purchased the maintenance program Chad recommended that day before he left. 1/9/18 – Todd A.- I highly recommend Conditioned Air Solutions. When our 16 year old unit quit working, Adam was promptly sent out on a Saturday morning to diagnose the problem. He was very honest and took the time to explain the required repairs. However it was better to replace our unit than to repair it, and by Saturday afternoon, Greg Dubroca was at our home and provided us a quote with several options. We scheduled an installation date that fell right after a heavy rain storm. When Jason and Jacob came to install our new unit, they built a temporary pathway to the street with plywood, to prevent tearing up our yard and creating a muddy mess. When they were done, they even put my utility trailer back for me (I moved it so that they would have access to the repair area)! Finally, Adam came out for a post-install check-up and answered any questions we had. Victoria was also pleasure to work with by scheduling an installation date, answering questions promptly, and filing the warranty paperwork for us. Although no one looks forward to the expense of a new system, the people at Conditioned Air Solutions made the experience the best it could be, from value to professionalism. Thank you!

12/28/17 – Craig D. – When my HVAC stopped heating a couple days ago, I called Conditioned Air Solutions because the previous owners had receipts on file showing they used this company. Now I know why. Chad McCormack showed up promptly and I must say he exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was he most personable, he had 20 years HVAC experience and very quickly diagnosed the problem, putting me at ease as he explained what was wrong (control board failing to initiate ignition), what he would do (replace the part under warranty), but he also explained that the noisy excessive vibration in the unit was due to a functioning but off balance draft motor that he would also replace under warranty. He did both, and I am quite happy. Not only are we nice and warm, but the previously noisy unit, which I thought was normal, is now whisper quiet. All I hear when standing outside by the unit is the movement of air, no vibration at all! I have found my HVAC company for sure, and I plan to use them for all my periodic maintenance and inspections

9/4/17- Brent F. – Our heating and AC unit went out (23 years old) and Conditioned Air Solutions came out and did a fantastic job. Greg Dubroca was very friendly and professional and worked out estimate options for us while explaining the pros and cons of different units. Victoria Erickson was top notch in answering any questions we had and making the paperwork and the entire experience painless. Jason Pence and his team said they would have the work done in one day, but instead it took two full days because while installing the unit they saw that the support structure they had in mind to use didn’t meet their standards to support the unit where it was located. They poured a brand new concrete slab and added another 10 hour work day to their schedule to make sure they did it right (no price increase).

Can’t recommend them enough.

8/12/17 – Jessika F. – Our air conditioner was having issues on and off for the past couple of weeks. We were worried about finding an honest company to service our unit. My husband finally called Conditioned Air Solutions, and they were able to come out the same day to look at our unit. Chad M. was wonderful, and he didn’t seem to mind our extremely excited dog. 6/16/17 – Pam T. – Today was the first time I have used Conditioned Air Solutions. I had an air cooling problem. My house was semi-cool and my utility bill was almost double what it should be. They were able to have a technician come out almost immediately. Upon arrival, Adam introduced himself and was very courteous and professional. He took maybe 15 minutes and knew what the problem was. He made the necessary repair and while he was still in my home there was an obvious difference in how cool my house was. Now, less than an hour later, it is very cool (NICE) in my home. 5/4/17 Huntsville Westside Center – We hired Conditioned Air Solutions for our quarterly Preventative Maintenance for our commercial HVAC units. David Gipson the Commercial Service Manager was our first contact with the company when he came to give us an estimate. Our immediate impression from working with David was this is a company who’s employees go beyond their job duties to provide customer service. David pointed out several items that we might want to take notice of before they became issues to our business. They were not even HVAC related! When is was time for our PM to be completed Manuel Lopez arrived at our facility and our 2nd impression of Conditioned Air Solutions was as great as the first! Manuel was very personable and thorough in his work, explaining everything he would be servicing for our HVAC units and again an employee who went beyond his job description ,while finishing his paperwork up at the end of his service call he happily volunteered to take the trash out for one of our employees who was headed to the dumpster. Keep hiring great people like this CAS! We highly recommend CAS to anyone looking for customer oriented service!

Very thorough with his explanations of any issues that we may have and recommended several options to resolve the issues. CAS originally installed our unit in 2004 (new build) and have provided excellent service since. We highly recommend the Service Partner Plan, where CAS comes out twice each year to perform seasonal maintenance. It’s very affordable and well worth the investment.

I called you guys and the sweet voice that answered the phone was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She made us aware of your busy schedule and that all the technicians were out on calls. We chose the scheduled call for tomorrow as we didn’t feel we had a true emergency (yet).Within 5 minutes she called us back to say a technician had finished a job early and could head our way if we wanted. Of course we took that option and Eric Jenkins arrived at our home in less than an hour. Mr. Jenkins was very polite, thorough and helpful. He got us up and running in less than an hour. We can’t thank you enough for all the help, quick response and care your employees gave.

10/3/16 Bill L. – Jeremy was called in after hours to fix our AC unit that stopped working an hour after the other repair folks left. Jeremy was great! Very personable, apologetic for all of our problems, and determined to get to the root of the problem. It took him almost two hours of work in the attic and ultimately in the crawlspace to fix the problem that two earlier visits by other repair people failed to fix. Jeremy was determined and kept me informed of what he was doing and why. We will definitely be requesting him for any future service calls

Furthermore, the rest of the employees I interacted with throughout the transaction were top notch. I worked with Mrs. Victoria Erickson who communicated with me to coordinate the installation timeline (June 2016 so we were eager for it to be fixed) and answered all my questions pertaining to the install. In addition, my wife and I had a newborn. Victoria and the installers worked to ensure that I had a temporary cooling solution for my newborn’s nursery while the system was being replaced. The installers were Mr. Collin Vansandt and Mr. Greg Major. I was impressed with their attention to detail and thoroughness. They were right on time each morning and communicated clearly how things were progressing and if/when someone would need to be at the house to let them inside. Lastly, I ask a million questions of any contractor I hire. The system replacement was a substantial amount of money for me, and I was really impressed how patient everyone was when answering all of my questions. Their approach made me feel extremely comfortable with hiring them to do the install. Furthermore, they are on the Huntsville Utilities Quality Contractor Network list. My wife and I are very happy with the performance of our new system over the last three months during the heat of the summer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with any of the aforementioned individuals again.”

7/9/16 Raymond W. – “We had a maintenance agreement with Conditioned Air Solutions(CAS). Prior to installing a new energy efficient HVAC in 2014, CAS (my abbreviation) may have saved our home from fire. A previous company had used wrong parts for a repair that was arching sparks. Kudos to CAS for a great job. Adam Smith was the service technician for the new system a couple of times. I was impressed with his overall knowledge of HVAC, his courtesy, and keeping the intrusive nature of the maintenance to a minimum. My wife was/is chronically ill, so am I. Also, Adam was very careful to minimize any trash by wearing special shoe coverings.

Adam always kept me posted on where he was and the maintenance he was performing. We placed our home for sale in July 2015 and moved to a new location. I knew the filter for the new system,a special allergy filter was to be replaced. I asked many questions, which Adam answered patiently and explained his answers in a way, a novice (me) could understand. Adam replaced the filter and showed me the dirty filter. At that time the home was vacant, still on the market. Prior to his appointed time for the maintenance visit, He called me. I was 30 minutes away. He asked, “Could he go ahead with the outside maintenance, while I was traveling?” Yes, he could. When I arrived, Adam had completed most of the outside maintenance. His effort shortened the time present for me, plus the excellent time management was increasing CAS and Adam’s productivity. Adam has a very good work ethic, honest, plus very good customer service skills. The home sold shortly. We are tenants in our new home. Whether or not, our paths will cross again, I don’t know. I do know, Adam was a joy and pleasure with whom to work. I had/have complete confidence in him as to his honesty, service technician skills, and people skills.”
