We find all kinds of easily preventable issues during routine maintenance calls.  Today while one of our technicians, Jeff, was servicing a fairly new unit (that we didn’t install), he found the refrigerant line rubbing on the pressure switch. If this situation had been left uncorrected, it would have caused serious (expensive) damage in just a few short seasons.  This customer’s maintenance plan just paid for itself!
